Terms and Conditions 

• All prices are correct at time of going to press. Prices are subject to change without written notice.
• Consultations require a booking fee. Consultations are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

• A booking fee of £100 per procedure will be required to secure an appointment. ​
• Booking payment refunds, or reschedule requests, will only be given if more than 48 hours’ cancellation notice is provided. Appointments that are cancelled for any reason with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will result in the loss of the booking fee payment, or the loss of complimentary refill. 
• Cancelled appointments will only be recognised with written confirmation or by telephone call direct to Carrina at Micro Art LDN. 
• ​It is the responsibility of the client to notify Carrina of any changes to health in advance of the treatment date. In the case that you require GP consent for your treatment to take place, you must ensure this is obtained and a copy of the consent letter provided to Micro Art LDN at least 48hrs prior to your appointment. Failure to do this may result in the treatment being unable to take place, and will result in the loss of your booking fee.

• Late arrival to your scheduled appointment will result in Carrina being un-able to carry out the procedure and you losing the £100 booking payment. 

• Procedures marked with an asterisk (*) on the Micro Art LDN treatment price list include a complimentary refill procedure, which must be taken within 4-12 weeks of the original appointment. Any appointment made after this time is chargeable. 

• Micro Art LDN is committed to providing only the highest quality treatment and therefore only the client will be permitted to be in the treatment room during the procedure. 

• It is the responsibility of the client to keep Micro Art LDN updated of their most current and contactable details for correspondence.
